Primary Responsibilities:

Provide individual and family therapy for each youth served.
Provide clinical expertise and guidance to IIH Team members.
Supervise IIH Team members.
Assist with implementing a home-based behavioral support plan with the youth and his or her caregivers as indicated in the Person Centered Plan.

Requirements:

Job Requirements and Clinical Supervision:

Experience working with children/adolescents is required.
Ideal position for provisionally licensed professionals seeking full licensure
Supervision towards licensure provided as well as training opportunities in the following evidence based treatment models: Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT); Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT); and Eco-Systemic Family Therapy (ESFT).
